The venue was low budget, I loved the stay and the location was decent just next door to restaurants, the moat and the centre. The staff were particularly helpful and efficient, everything was perfect. Well-appointed units with a large fridge. The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the pool bar. Lobby was great.

Fancy accommodation, PLEASANT staff, peaceful location close to the centrum. We tried great fruit, toast and pancakes for American breakfast. Recently refurbished, reasonably large rooms, nice swimming pools.

The staff were exceptional and the room was comfy and airy. Breakfast was satisfactory - plenty of food. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Pool bar with cold drinks. Friendly location, walking distance to Vieng-Joom-on Tea House.
Wi-Fi was very spotty.

a normal hotel, i loved, staff was kind. breakfast offered plenty of reasonably priced meals. just 15 minutes walking to the heart of the city. it made my trip to chiang mai a very pleasant experience.
